Job description

Location: Onsite

Responsibilities:

  • Understand business data and associated nomenclature, i.e., hierarchy structure, business usage, impact of business realignments
  • Create and maintain master data documentation (process instructions, work instructions, quick reference guides, etc.)
  • Execute on-going maintenance procedures and ensure adherence to master data policies for Customer and Vendor
  • Back-up support for Material data
  • Assistance with designing and testing break-fix and/or new functionality
  • Resolution of USD tickets including root cause
  • Oversees day-to-day activities of the Capgemini Vendor Master Data team
  • Ownership, adherence and communication of data standards & change control processes

Knowledge & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 Years experience
