Job Title: Sales & Service CRM Associate
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Sales & Service
Hours of Operation: 40 hrs/week (Monday-Friday) - 8:30am to 5:00pm
General Job Summary:
The Sales & Service CRM Associate supports Stock Yards Bank & Trust's customer relationship management (CRM) platform by assisting with daily system maintenance, data quality, user support, reporting, and workflow administration. This position is ideal for a detail oriented, tech savvy communicator who can collaborate across departments and support CRM driven initiatives that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Organizational Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank. Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.
  • Supports all functions that maintain compliance with regulatory agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Act as first-line support for CRM users, assist in managing user accounts, permission settings, and role assignments to maintain appropriate access controls
  • Help monitor system performance and identify basic issues for escalation
  • Database Maintenance: Perform routine data quality checks
  • Client On-Boarding: Assist with daily/weekly task relating to Retail`s On-Boarding
  • Provide light training for new CRM users; participate in CRM enhancement projects, user testing cycles, and system updates.
  • Assist the CRM Manger in documenting existing processes and user guides
  • Take meeting notes and track action items
  • Assist Sales & Service department with other projects when necessary

Working Conditions: Work in office setting with some travel required to branches and event locations
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Experience:
  • Experience working with databases, customer records, or data-entry systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting end users, providing basic system support, or troubleshooting technical issues preferred.
  • Banking or financial services experience preferred, but not required.

Specific Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with data.
  • Excellent communication and customer service attitude
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed.
