Job description

Shift Requirement:. The hours for this position are from 1 pm - 9 pm. We ask that team members be available to work 7 days a week; weekends are required.

We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $18/hr with significant growth opportunities based on performance. You can boost your earnings within a short timeframe:

  • Pay Range: $18-$20 hourly
  • Starting Pay: $18/hr
  • At 3 Months: $18.50/hr
  • At 6 Months: $19/hr

In your first year, you can progress from $18/hr to $20/hr through our performance-based Careers Not Jobs program, which provides four merit opportunities annually. As part of this program, eligible team members can enjoy an additional $0.50 increase in their pay every 90 days.

About the Role:

We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to:

  • Create an amazing and memorable pick up experience for our customers; you'll be the face of Carvana when customers come onsite to our car Vending Machine
  • Complete customer paperwork and include thorough notes in our customer tracking system
  • Swiftly address any customer questions or minor technical issues related to the vending machine process, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Consistently drive safe and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana's CMV Driver Qualification policy.

* Candidates must have (or be able to obtain) a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). * Candidates must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems.

* California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days of employment (Process sponsored by Carvana).

* Nevada, Tennessee, and Virginia employees must apply for a Salesperson license within the first two weeks of employment (process sponsored by Carvana). Obtaining this license is a condition of employment; failure to secure it may impact continued employment in this role.

General qualifications and requirements

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like detailing vehicles and loading/unloading vehicles onto our Vending Machine. You will work in indoor and outdoor conditions with occasional exposure to inclement/extreme weather
  • Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods of time (8+ hours)
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Requires high and low levels of movement with the ability to reach with arms, twist, kneel, crouch, climb, balance, and squat
  • Requires the grasping, carrying, lifting, pushing, and pulling of items of 50lbs.
  • Frequent driving requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity. Reasonable accommodations may be granted to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions
