Job description

We are looking for a reliable consistent front office receptionist Monday - Friday 10 am - 2 pm with a highly motivated and leading personality. On a daily basis, your responsibilities will entail answering the phone, responding to email correspondence, fielding phone calls from technicians, daily cleaning, and transcribing hand written invoices. Sound Truck is a 24/7 365 days a year mobile and in-shop mechanic service serving all of Washington.


Requirements and skills


Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

Hands-on experience with office equipment

Professional attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skills

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Customer service attitude


Responsibilities

Greet customers as soon as they walk in

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Direct visitors to the appropriate person

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and transcribing invoices
