Job description

Royal Moore Mazda Buick GMC Service Department is a well-established automotive dealership committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. If you have a passion for automobiles, excellent communication skills, and a desire to help customers with their service needs, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and listening to their service requests and concerns.

Conducting a thorough vehicle inspection and documenting issues accurately.

Communicating recommended services, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.

Assisting customers in making informed decisions about their vehicle maintenance and repair needs.

Coordinating service appointments and ensuring timely completion of work.

Providing exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

Valid drivers license 

Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
