Location: Raleigh, NC- Onsite

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Veeva Vault Consultant to support Veeva Vault implementation, configuration, integration, and enhancement initiatives within a life sciences environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Veeva Vault and a solid understanding of business processes in the pharmaceutical/life sciences domain.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize Veeva Vault applications based on business requirements.
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Design and implement Vault objects, fields, workflows, lifecycles, and security configurations.
  • Develop and maintain Vault configurations, templates, and business rules.
  • Support Veeva Vault implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and production issues.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams on integrations between Veeva Vault and other enterprise applications.
  • Participate in data migration, validation, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and application issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and work closely with onsite/offshore teams.
  • Ensure solutions comply with applicable life sciences quality and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or application development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Veeva Vault experience.
  • Strong experience with Veeva Vault configuration and administration.
  • Experience with Vault objects, fields, workflows, lifecycles, permissions, roles, and security.
  • Experience with requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other life sciences organizations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with one or more Veeva Vault modules such as:
    • Vault Quality
    • Vault RIM
    • Vault Clinical
    • Vault eTMF
    • Vault CTMS
    • Vault PromoMats
    • Vault Medical
  • Experience with Veeva Vault APIs and integrations.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, or web services.
  • Experience with data migration and validation.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus, but Veeva Vault experience is the primary requirement.
  • Veeva Vault certification is a plus.
