We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as a hands-on team member, providing day-to-day support across several operational areas.

  • Role: Clinical / eTMF support resource
  • Engagement: Approximately 15-20 hours per week
  • Project end date: June 30,2026
  • Location: Remote in EST

Job Description

Provide day-to-day application support, including monitoring the ticketing inbox and serving as the technical resource for Veeva Vault (eTMF/SSU) business users.

  • Manage application change controls and support validation activities as required.
  • Maintain and update IT work instructions and SOPs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform Veeva administration tasks such as data/object cleanup, email and notification monitoring, workflow reassignments, and user license oversight.
  • Create and manage users, objects, and picklist data while delivering basic system support to end users.
  • Lead or execute technical and configuration changes where applicable and act as the primary technical POC for escalations to third-party vendors.
  • Conduct risk assessment, testing, and validation activities for regular Veeva releases.
