Position: IT Project Manager - Veeva Clinical 

Location: Alameda, CA (Hybrid, 1-2 days/week onsite arrangement)

Position type: Long term contract engagement

Job description:

Looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in Veeva clinical application implementations (such as Vault eTMF, CTMS, Study Training, Study Startup)

Key Responsibilities & Capabilities

  • Leading end-to-end Veeva Vault Clinical implementations, including configuration, migration, and validation.
  • Deep understanding of Veeva Vault applications such as Clinical Operations (eTMF, CTMS, Study Training, Study Startup).
  • Ensuring system configurations meet GxP compliance, audit, and regulatory standards.
  • Managing project budgets, resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations, often in a remote-first, customer-facing environment.
  • Collaborating with clinical data providers and integrating these with Veeva systems. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of consulting or project management experience within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Prior experience implementing Veeva Clinical applications.
  • Familiarity with software implementation and SaaS delivery models.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior/executive-level stakeholders.
