Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • The Veeva Vault Architect will lead Functional/technical requirements sessions, architect & document technical solutions, and build on the vault platform.
  • Champion scalable and out-of-the-box solution design principles in Veeva Vault
  • Hands on experience in Veeva like workflows, UI Layout, domain-based functionalities, and securities per industry best practices
  • Be a credible subject matter expert in commercial content lifecycle related business processes
  • Design & develop interfaces with Veeva Vault.
  • Translate business requirements into well designed solutions that best leverage the platforms
  • Provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated with implementing the project from business requirements gathering through deployment
  • Lead technical design sessions, designing and documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the business objectives
  • Lead the technical delivery of Veeva vault implementations including development of solutions and integrations, managing technical scope and business expectations
  • Keep abreast with industry best practices and new trends
  • Research and design solution implementation options
  • Demonstrate technical thought leadership
  • Be comfortable with modern SDLC best practices including iterative and incremental development, delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence
  • Acts as a liaison between the Business teams and internal development staff and is responsible for leading the team during all phases of the project's lifecycle.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment either on a team or as an individual contributor
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field
  • 6+ Years experience in building Veeva Vault products based on industry best practices
  • Experience with Veeva Vault Admin functionalities
  • Excellent client-facing written, presentation and verbal communications skills

Desired Skills/Experience:
  • Veeva Vault Certification is preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare or Medtech domain with related compliance expertise is an added advantage
  • Experience in Veeva PromoMats or related products is preferred
