Job description

We run one of the most sophisticated packaging workflow environments in the industry. We're looking

for a platform thinker — someone who has owned complex systems, built integrations, and made

technology work for the people using it. Prior packaging experience is not required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

PPC Flex is a $500M flexible packaging converter operating across multiple production sites. Our graphics

and prepress operations run on Esko's WebCenter and Automation Engine — an enterprise-grade workflow

automation and digital asset management environment that sits at the center of how we receive, process,

approve, and produce packaging artwork at scale.

This role owns that platform. You'll administer user roles and permissions, build and maintain automated

workflows, integrate Esko with our broader business systems, and serve as the primary resource for the

teams who depend on it every day. We'll provide full Esko training and certification — what we're hiring for is

the technical foundation and the mindset.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING — REQUIRED

Workflow platform ownership

You've administered an enterprise workflow, BPM, or

automation platform end-to-end — not just used one.

Scripting & integration

Hands-on with JavaScript, XML/XSLT, REST APIs,

and SQL. You've built integrations, not just configured

them.

Web application admin

Experience managing a complex web platform — user

roles, project templates, approval workflows, document

management.

Windows Server & SQL

Comfortable managing Windows Server environments

and SQL Server databases in a production context.

BACKGROUNDS THAT TRANSLATE WELL

• SharePoint or Power Platform developer-admin — the approval routing and project model maps directly

• DAM or MRM platform admin (Bynder, Aprimo, Widen, Veeva) — WebCenter is fundamentally a

packaging-specific DAM

• ServiceNow or MuleSoft integration developer — workflow engine logic transfers immediately

• Manufacturing or ERP systems integrator — EFI Radius, SAP, or similar MIS/ERP integration experience

is highly valued

• Prinergy, Apogee, or Dalim admin — direct prepress workflow analog, fastest possible ramp

• IT platform engineer in CPG, pharma, or regulated manufacturing — multi-site governance and

approval workflow experience

STRONGLY PREFERRED

• Multi-site platform management — experience owning a platform across more than one location or

business unit

• ERP or MIS integration experience — particularly in manufacturing or production environments

• Cloud infrastructure familiarity — AWS or Azure, as our Esko environment evolves toward SaaS

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• Workflows run reliably and exceptions get resolved quickly — production teams aren't waiting on the

platform

• Users across our sites treat you as a trusted partner, not a ticket queue

• You bring ideas back from the platform — new capabilities, automation opportunities, integration possibilities

• Platform integrations with our ERP and MIS systems are maintained and improved over time
