Job Title: B2B & VAS Production Supervisor
Division: AELogistix/Shiplogiq

Job Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
The B2B & Value-Added Services (VAS) Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily execution of wholesale and retail B2B order fulfillment along with value-added services such as kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, and product rework within the warehouse.
This role ensures that B2B shipments meet customer routing guide requirements, labeling standards, and delivery deadlines, while also managing the execution of VAS production projects that prepare products for shipment. The supervisor coordinates closely with inbound, inventory, DTC fulfillment, and shipping teams to maintain efficient workflows and meet operational targets.
Success in this role requires strong operational organization, attention to detail, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining high standards for quality, compliance, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Fulfillment Operations
  • Oversee the processing and shipment of B2B orders for retail, wholesale, and distributor customers.
  • Ensure compliance with retailer routing guides, labeling requirements, pallet configuration standards, and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate LTL and FTL shipments and ensure orders ship according to customer deadlines.
  • Monitor compliance to prevent retailer chargebacks and shipping errors.
  • Track B2B performance metrics including OTIF (On-Time In-Full), shipping accuracy, and compliance performance.

Value-Added Services (VAS) & Production
  • Supervise daily VAS and production activities, including kitting, labeling, bundling, rework, and product assembly.
  • Plan labor and production schedules to support special projects and order preparation requirements.
  • Ensure VAS projects meet client specifications, quality standards, and shipping timelines.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for recurring VAS projects.

Team Leadership
  • Supervise warehouse associates assigned to B2B fulfillment and VAS production activities.
  • Train team members on processes, compliance requirements, and safety procedures.
  • Monitor productivity and provide coaching to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
  • Support workforce planning by allocating labor based on daily order volume and project requirements.

Operational Coordination
  • Coordinate closely with DTC fulfillment, receiving, inventory control, and shipping teams to align production and shipping schedules.
  • Communicate project timelines and special handling requirements to warehouse teams.
  • Ensure work orders and project documentation are accurately tracked.

Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, shipping accuracy, and operational efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational errors.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, B2B fulfillment, production, or value-added services
  • Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of retailer routing guides, pallet standards, and shipping compliance requirements
  • Experience coordinating LTL and FTL freight shipments
  • Experience managing kitting, labeling, bundling, or light assembly production workflows
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a distribution center or 3PL environment strongly preferred

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $70k-$80k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
