At CJ Logistics, we're not just moving boxes-we're moving the future. As a Senior Warehouse Associate, you'll be at the heart of our order fulfillment operation, making sure products get where they need to go-fast, safe, and spot-on.

Pay Range: $16.40 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

What You'll Be Doing:

Master the art of case picking and packing using an electric pallet jack (training provided).

Take ownership of order fulfillment tasks-from case picking to parcel processing.

Lift and move up to 60 lbs regularly-this is a physical role that keeps you on your feet.

Ensure accuracy, speed, and safety with every pallet and parcel.

Lead by example with productivity and precision.

Tackle special value-added services (VAS) as needed.

Work independently with minimal supervision (we trust you to get it done).

Tackle other duties like a pro - all within your training and expertise

What We're Looking For:

6+ months of hands-on warehouse or order fulfillment experience.

Ability to safely operate a hand-operated or electric pallet jack.

Comfortable lifting, stacking, and moving up to 60 lbs repeatedly.

Self-driven, dependable, and ready to roll.

Strong understanding of warehouse safety and workflow.

Certification Skills You'll Learn (or already have):

Electric Pallet Jack Operation & Safety (up to 16 hours of paid guided training!)

Pallet Wrapping & Consolidation

Label Printing, Application & Auditing

Warehouse Management System (WMS) fundamentals
