About the job

As the Director, TDDI Noram Supply AI, you will shape the strategy and growth of AI-powered products that improve business performance across North America Supply. Working at the intersection of business, data, and technology, you will drive innovation and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable operational and financial impact. 

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $134640 per year - $174240 per year

Incentive Eligibility: Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary

• Lead the strategy, development, and execution of an AI product portfolio that supports North America Supply priorities. 
• Guide AI Product Managers while fostering collaboration, innovation, and product excellence. 
• Partner with business, data, and technology leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and prioritize product investments. 
• Translate operational needs into scalable AI solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making. 
• Drive product roadmaps from concept through implementation, adoption, and continuous enhancement. 
• Champion change management initiatives that accelerate AI adoption across the organization. 
• Measure product performance, communicate business value, and identify opportunities for future innovation. 

What you’ll bring 

• Experience leading AI, digital, or technology product portfolios within complex enterprise environments. 
• Knowledge of product management, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and business transformation. 
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business, technology, and data teams to deliver enterprise solutions. 
• Experience leading product managers and driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution. 
• Communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement that support innovation and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
• Related experience: 7 years
