Vandergriff Chevrolet | Arlington, TX

Vandergriff Chevrolet is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers while maximizing service department performance, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do
  • Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience from start to finish
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
  • Recommend maintenance and repairs based on customer needs and manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with technicians and keep customers updated
  • Ensure timely completion of work and deliver vehicles with care
  • Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (but open to strong customer service backgrounds)
