We are currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Liberty Roofing Center location in Fredericksburg, VA.

WHEN YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL BE:
  • Assist Branch/Operations Manager in cycle counts and inventory control
  • Assisting with job site deliveries
  • Work with both customers and Territory Sales Representatives to provide support for customer base
  • Outbound sales phone work, contacting potential prospects and passing pre-qualified leads to territory sales rep
  • Process orders and paperwork
  • Assist customers with product requirements, delivery concerns and pricing
  • Answer incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner
  • Provide sales support for walk in customers
  • Timely and effective communication
  • Follow up on inquiries from customers or Liberty administration in a timely fashion
  • Attend meetings, functions and company provided training as required
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Experience in driving a Van
  • Operation of Van and Seamless Gutter Equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Positive, winning, can-do attitude is required
  • General understanding of Sales and Customer Service
  • Proven ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team environment
  • Knowledge of building/construction products is preferred but not required
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
