MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Earned Value Scheduling Analyst to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an onsite position.

This role will support the Cost and Schedule Analysis Department in the Navy Aviation Division at MANTECH.  In this role, candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and integration of program plans and schedules, as well as ensuring compliance for programs with Earned Value Management System requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Translate complex technical inputs into actionable data to build and maintain Integrated Government Schedules (IGS)

  • Build IGS products using critical path methodology that support full project life cycle execution

  • Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, including independent Estimates at Completion (EACs), Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs), and Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)

  • Provide timely, actionable schedule and cost performance inputs to government reporting systems, including Interim Program Assessment Review System (IPARS), Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS), Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR), and Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES)

  • Analyze and synthesize Statements of Work (SOW), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to inform strategic scheduling decisions

  • Deliver accurate schedule and cost analyses using MS Project, Excel, and Power BI to support data-driven project decisions

  • Create compelling visualizations and reports for senior stakeholders using MS Project, OnePager Professional, Power BI, and PowerPoint

  • Lead cross-functional schedule meetings to align government and contractor efforts and ensure schedule integrity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering and 4+ years of experience with project scheduling and earned value analysis, or an Associate's degree and 4+ years of additional project scheduling and earned value analysis work experience, or a High School Diploma and 6 years of additional professional experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of experience with networked schedule development, maintenance, and analysis using critical path method, baselines, and status (i.e., milestones, tasks, duration, and lead/lag)

  • Experience using MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

  • Experience using Earned Value Management (EVMS) tools and methodologies (ex., Microsoft Project, Deltek Cobra, Confluence, Primavera P6)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in areas related to Math, Science, Statistics, Business, Management, or Engineering

  • Experience with OnePager Professional and MS Power BI

  • Knowledge and familiarity with government acquisition processes

  • Experience with technical program management support, and interfacing with senior level clients

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance prior to starting this position

Physical Requirements:

  • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.


The projected compensation range for this position is $88,200.00-$147,200.00.
