Requirements:
  • Current Cosmetology or Esthetician License from the state of Alabama
  • Demonstrated sales experience in a commission-based setting.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
  • Strong organizational, task management, and time management skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • Flexible schedule: 32-38 hours a week with the ability to work evening and weekend shifts.
