Make a Difference
The Manager, Clinical Value Analysis leads value analysis initiatives across assigned clinical categories, driving evidence-based product decisions that support high-quality, cost-effective patient care. This leader partners closely with clinicians, physicians, operations, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate products, standardize practices, and optimize utilization across the network.
This role is both a people leader and a working manager, responsible for facilitating product evaluations, guiding governance processes, leading cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful implementation of clinical and operational improvements.
What You'll Do
  • Lead value analysis activities, including product review, stakeholder alignment, and governance processes
  • Facilitate Value Analysis Council (VAC) meetings and decision-making
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and Supply Chain leaders to support standardization and utilization optimization
  • Oversee product trials, implementations, and education to ensure successful adoption
  • Analyze utilization, spend, and operational data to drive recommendations
  • Collaborate with sourcing and category management to align strategies
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Three (3) or more years of clinical experience (RN, Surgical Tech, RT, Radiology Tech, or similar)
  • Five (5) or more years of progressive experience in healthcare, clinical operations, or supply chain
  • Value analysis or product evaluation experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
  • Proven leadership and team development experience
  • Knowledge of clinical operations and healthcare products
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
