We're currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a skilled nursing facility in Modesto, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a facility during a period of growth and transition. Modesto offers Central Valley living with easy access to some of California's best destinations.
Details of the role:
  • Anticipated start date: Flexible
  • Salary range: Up to $2,600 weekly
  • Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks
  • Contract type: Travel, Permanent, or Travel-to-Perm

Clinical Duties:
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and design resident-centered treatment plans.
  • Deliver skilled OT services focused on improving ADLs and overall mobility.
  • Provide targeted interventions for orthopedic, neurological, and post-acute diagnoses.
  • Instruct residents on adaptive strategies and proper use of assistive devices.
  • Work closely with nursing and rehab teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Communicate treatment goals and discharge planning with residents and families.
  • Complete accurate documentation including evaluations, daily notes, and progress updates.
  • Reassess outcomes regularly and adjust interventions to optimize results.
  • Adhere to facility standards and state regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of California.
