As a Valet Supervisor, you will:

  • Communicate effectively with Front Desk, Bell Staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Inspect team appearance and adherence to uniform standards
  • Report vehicle damage, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to management
  • Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and performance feedback as directed
  • Follow company safety and security policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
  • Protect company and guest assets

To be a successful Valet Supervisor, you need:

  • A professional demeanor, a welcoming personality, and the ability to engage easily and actively connect with others.

  • Clean professional appearance.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred.
  • Previous valet or hospitality leadership experience preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

The Valet Supervisor role requires standing for long periods of time, or entire shifts. Walk and move quickly between the hotel entrance and parking areas. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance. Enter and exit various vehicle types repeatedly throughout the shift. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Must be able to lead by example while remaining physically active during peak service times. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
