Overnight Valet Site Supervisor - Healthcare


Clayton Valet is seeking a new Site Supervisor ready to lead a team of valet attendants at a healthcare facility!


As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing client relations, creating and publishing schedules, enforcing company policies, and coaching your team. This Site Supervisor works with the valet attendants and is often in the valet lane, ensuring Prompt, Polite, and Professional customer service is consistently provided.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures established by the site contacts.
  • Provide coaching and other disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Maintain timekeeping and weekly schedules on Homebase
  • Maintain personnel records
  • Ensure that all new employees receive a training checklist and any training requested by the site
  • Receive complaints and utilize effective problem-solving techniques
  • Ensure adequate employee coverage throughout your location
  • Become familiar with the employee handbook
  • Become familiar with all policies and procedures at your designated establishment(s)
  • Ensure compliance with the most current policies and procedures established by the client
  • Consistently check in with your Account Manager
  • Effectively communicate with the leadership team
  • Establish a good rapport with all personnel at the assigned establishment
  • Ensure employees are supported
  • Attend mandatory monthly supervisor meetings
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.

Job Requirements:
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must pass drug screening and criminal background check
  • Must have a clean driving record in the last 3 years
  • Consistently display safe driving practices and a complete understanding of vehicle basics
  • One or more years of supervisor or management experience
  • Must be available for All Hands on Deck (AHOD) events
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English
  • Great interpersonal communication
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for up to eight hours
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
