Overnight Valet Attendant - Margaritaville Beach Resort
Fort Myers Beach, Florida

Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida's vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth.
We are looking for energetic, outgoing individuals to join our valet service team as an Overnight Valet Attendant. This fast-paced, guest-facing role is key to delivering the first and last impressions of our island-inspired resort experience.
What You'll Do:
  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Open vehicle doors and assist guests entering and exiting the vehicle.
  • Provide luggage assistance when needed and ensure guests' belongings are handled with care.
  • Safely Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner according to standard operating procedures.
  • Offer guests information about the resort amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Remain attentive to VIPs, group arrivals, and special guest requests.
  • Provide directions and respond to general inquiries with confidence and professionalism.
  • Observe the "10-5" rule when hotel guests are present.
  • Keep vehicles secure by verifying all claim check numbers when cars are retrieved.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area, front drive, and surrounding spaces.
  • Report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards in the parking lots, garage, or guest areas.
  • Follow proper key and vehicle tracking procedures to ensure guest property is secure.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, property driving policies, and safety standards while operating guest and company vehicles.
  • Use proper lifting techniques and body mechanics to reduce risk of injury.
  • Remain aware of your surroundings to prevent accidents or hazards in high-traffic areas.
  • Promptly report incidents, near-misses, or unsafe conditions to leadership.
  • Participate in safety training programs and demonstrate commitment to a safe work environment for guests and fellow team members.

What We're Looking For:
  • High School or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Effective communication and strong customer service skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, or run for extended periods or for an entire work shift
  • Capacity to move, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier items with assistance
  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down service ramp.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
