Job description


The Reservations Manager oversees the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring optimal performance, revenue growth, and team development. This role serves as a liaison between the reservations team, revenue management, and other departments, driving strategic initiatives and maintaining high service standards.
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings with agents to address questions, discuss incentives, and allocate tasks.
  • Monitor all V.I.P.'s, special guests and requests.
  • Process travel agent checks, manage campaigns, and troubleshoot rate codes.
  • Handle escalated calls and oversee reservation systems.
  • Evaluate agent calls, audit reservations, monitor inbox, and manage schedules.
  • Assist with finance updates and conduct test calls.
  • Review team goals and update incentive files.

Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • A 4-year hospitality degree and at least 3 years of related experience in hospitality.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Opera Experience preferred.
  • Due to visa restrictions, at the moment we are only accepting candidates from Mexico and Canada.The limitation to Mexican and Canadian nationals is a legal requirement tied to the specifics of the TN visa, not a preference of the employer.
