RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greets Customers on the phone and in person in a pleasant and professional manner
  • Answers incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner
  • Schedule rental appointments and reservations
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Create monthly marketing campaigns to provide more business for the rental department
  • Provide customer follow up
  • Maintain relationship with customer
  • Work closely with the service department to create a simple transition from Service to Rental
  • Follows up on accounts receivable to maintain satisfactory levels of payment
  • Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area.
  • Keeps and assists in keeping a clean and organized work area.
  • Maintain rental fleet
  • Schedule rentals for insurance customers
  • Reconciles nightly deposits
  • Checks vehicles upon pick and return
  • Completes rental contract, explains rental policies and procedures, verifies credit card and obtains customer signatures and deposit
