Position Summary

Seven Keys Vacations is seeking an enthusiastic and personable Vacation Specialist to join our dynamic team in Marathon, FL. In this exciting role, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our company, connecting guests with their dream vacation rentals while building lasting relationships with property owners and partners throughout the beautiful Florida Keys. As a natural communicator who thrives on variety and interaction, you'll manage the full guest experience—from the first inquiry through check-in and beyond—while collaborating with our team to ensure every stay is memorable. This fast-paced position offers the opportunity to work across multiple settings, engage with diverse groups of people daily, and play a vital role in creating unforgettable vacation experiences in one of the most stunning destinations in the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to calls, emails, and messages from guests, homeowners, vendors, and team members.

  • Help guests find the perfect vacation rental based on their needs, along with processing payments for reservations using the highest standard of PCI compliance

  • Deliver excellent customer service by phone and email

  • Assist owners with blocking owner time and/or maintenance blocks

  • Manage reservation details, answer questions and troubleshoot issues as they arise

  • Assist with walk in guests and owners as needed

  • Conduct property inspections before guest arrivals as needed.

  • Support other areas of the business as needed, including emergency on-call rotation.

Required Qualifications
  • Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware: laptops, tablets, mobile devices

  • Being able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is key

  • While this role in an in-person office position, it also involves frequent travel between office and properties, so reliable personal transportation is essential

  • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

  • Comfortable talking to people – online or in person – and being able to share information in a way that's clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.

  • Work may take place indoors or outdoors, in a variety of settings including private homes, resorts, offices, and laundry facilities – often in varying weather conditions.
