Job description

The Manager, Product Delivery and Experience transforms strategy into delivered outcomes by driving disciplined, high-velocity execution across the pharmacy SaaS product portfolio. This player-coach role leads the activities that position each sprint and release for success, including coordinating product ownership, shaping user stories and sprint plans, and managing Business Systems Analysts and Product Experience Designers responsible for requirements definition and user experience design. Operating at the intersection of product management, design, and engineering, this role plays a critical part in advancing innovative pharmacy technology solutions and delivering exceptional product experiences.
This is a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, MN.
What the Manager, Product Delivery & Experience Does Each Day:
  • Hold ultimate accountability for planning and preparing work leading up through the start of each sprint based on the strategy and roadmap defined by the Director of Product Strategy
  • Serve as Product Owner
    o Partner with the Director of Product Strategy to ensure sprint plans and delivered products align with the strategic roadmap
    o Break strategic product themes into features and features into stories; maintain User Story Maps to sequence work and illustrate dependencies
    o Scope 6-week releases and 2-week sprints, assigning data science, development, and QA resources
    o Coordinate and chair "product squads" - multi-disciplinary story-grooming teams
    o Coordinate and chair Agile ceremonies leading up through the start of each sprint including effort estimations, release and sprint scoping, story kick-off discussions, etc.
    o Collect and track metrics and KPIs on team and process performance during each release and sprint
    o Escalate delivery risks to management
  • Manage and support the business systems analysts and product experience/UX designers who prepare work for each sprint. As a player-coach, you may also contribute directly by:
    o Use AI to rapidly prototype product ideas and designs
    o Gather and write feature- and story-level requirements
    o Contribute to UX, wireframe, and mockup ideas
    o Partner with Data Science and other teams to answer data questions that might affect requirements or designs
    o Coordinate usability studies
  • Maintain security, confidentiality, and privacy of the company, its customers, investors, and partners

  • Ability to rally cross-functional teams - both direct reports and partners - around a fast-paced yet sustainable delivery cadence
  • Practical experience using AI responsibly to accelerate work, paired with a clear understanding of its limitations

Minimum Requirements for this Role:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred
    o Four additional years of relevant industry experience as Product Owner, Business Systems Analyst, and/or UI/UX designer may substitute for a degree
  • At least five years of experience as a software Product Owner, and at least five additional years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst and/or UI/UX designer
  • Experience leading or managing people
  • Background working in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • High proficiency with SaaS platforms, Office 365 and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams)
  • 18+ years of age
  • Able to successfully complete a drug and background check
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Quva is not able to sponsor applicants for work visas

  • The base compensation for this role is estimated to be within the range described below. The compensation offered may vary depending on relevant factors such as experience, skills, training, education, certifications, geographic location, and market conditions
  • Range: $125,000 - $160,000 Annually
  • This role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus, subject to program terms and guidelines
