What does a UX manager do?

A UX Manager oversees the user experience (UX) team, guiding the design and strategy to create products that are user-friendly and aligned with business goals. They manage UX designers and researchers, set project priorities, and ensure that user feedback is integrated into product development. UX Managers also collaborate with other departments, such as product management and engineering, to deliver cohesive and effective user experiences.

To thrive as a UX Manager, you need expertise in user experience design, research methodologies, and team leadership, often supported by a degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
