What does a UX manager do?

A UX Manager oversees the user experience (UX) team, guiding the design and strategy to create products that are user-friendly and aligned with business goals. To thrive as a UX Manager, you need expertise in user experience design, research methodologies, and team leadership, often supported by a degree in design, HCI, or a related field.
