We are looking for Physical Therapist at our Union Wellness Center in Warrenville, IL.
Staff needed:

  • Physical Therapist

Location:
  • UWC - Warrenville

Address:
  • 28600 Bella Vista Parkway, Suite #2010A
  • Warrenville, IL 60555

Schedule:
  • 40 hrs/week

Hours
  • M/W. 8am 5pm (w/ a 1 hr lunch)
  • T/Th. 9am 7pm (w/ a 1 hr lunch)
  • Fri. 8am 4:30pm (w/ a 30 min lunch)

Scope of Services:
  • General orthopedic physical therapist. Elaborate on 1:1 patient care time. 60 minutes per session. The Union Wellness Center is open to a coalition of Chicago area Union members and their families.

Other staff on-site:
  • Health Center Manager

Required skills and experience:
  • Any amount of experience will suffice. Ideally 2 years in a similar work environment. Would take new grads as well.

What you need to know:
  • Hourly rates are negotiable
  • Candidate will have to take a drug screen before starting
  • Very fast hire cycle

Interview process:
  • ASAP during week of 06/05 - 06/09
  • One round with the Cerner Team (phone)
  • One physical in-office visit to meet the Team
