The Dean of Teaching and Learning contributes to the school's mission across the full program. Within the IBDP, the Dean of Teaching and Learning supports the leadership of the Associate Head of School by creating the conditions for an excellent, equitable, and inclusive UWC mission- and values-aligned teaching and learning environment.
