Job description

Description

UVA Imaging is seeking an experienced and motivated MRI Team Lead to oversee daily MRI operations and support a high-performing imaging team in Charlottesville, Virginia. This leadership role combines clinical expertise, staff coordination, patient care excellence, and operational oversight to ensure efficient and high-quality MRI services.  UVA Imaging has 4 outpatient imaging centers located in Charlottesville VA.

Charlottesville strikes a rare balance: it's large enough to offer amenities, dining, and culture, yet small enough to avoid the stress and sprawl of major metropolitan areas. Commutes are short, traffic is manageable, and you can spend more time actually living your life.

Imagine finishing your workday and heading straight to a scenic hike along the Blue Ridge, or spending your weekend exploring vineyards, orchards, and countryside just minutes from home. Charlottesville is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with four distinct seasons that bring everything from colorful autumn foliage to mild, blooming springs.

At the same time, the city pulses with creativity. Local theaters, live music venues, art galleries, and festivals keep the cultural calendar full year-round. It's a place where you can enjoy a morning hike and an evening concert-all without battling big-city congestion.
