Job description

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and reliable Drivers to join our team. In this role, you will start as a full-time fill-in utility driver covering open and vacation routes until a dedicated route becomes available. This position is an excellent entry point with opportunities for advancement to a Route Service Representative position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up linens from customer locations.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
  • Load and unload products following established safety guidelines.
  • Accurately complete required paperwork and maintain delivery records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance of vehicle and self.
  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • Acceptable criminal background check (No felonies).
  • Ability to pass a drug test and DOT physical.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for order verification and billing accuracy.
  • Must 25 years or older

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lbs. on a routine basis.
  • Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and carrying heavy loads.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions during deliveries.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Occasional Saturday Work during holidays.
