Examples of Duties Assists customers at the counter, drive-up window, and on the telephone; Establishes new accounts: accepts deposits and fees and provides information regarding utility system policies, procedures, and charges to customers; Collects payments from drop box; Enters payment and account data into the computer; Processes cut-off and cut-on work orders; Balances cash drawer on a daily basis; Accepts, receives, and/or collects payments; Opens, sorts, and distributes department mail; Verifies customer and service addresses.

Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or GED; Six (6) months of experience in a related field; Or equivalent training, education, and/or experience.
