Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Loader for our Kuris Machine. The operator will be responsible for ensuring accurate materials are being manually loaded onto the table, maintaining machine efficiency, and supporting production workflow.
This is NOT a Forklift position - it is manually loading mats on table.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all scanned data is accurate, complete, and properly stored in the system.
  • Inspect scanned outputs for quality assurance and make corrections when necessary.
  • Maintain records of scanned files, job orders, and workflow progress.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to company 5S/lean standards.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong computer skills with ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions and production orders.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to e.g., 30 lbs as needed.
