TRC Talent Solutions is looking for a Data Entry for our client in Smyrna, GA

Job Details:

  • Pay: $18-$20/hr.

  • 3-month Assignment

Requirements:

  • Responsible for identifying, review, and read information to document details into their program.

  • Review large amounts of information and accurately put the details into the system. 

  • Make adjustments within the software. 

  • Processing returns and entering the order information into the system.

  • Process using 10 key methods and use of scanner

  • Ability to communicate to a wide variety of individuals via phone and email

  • Need someone with attention to detail to process returns and orders accurately

  • Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.

  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.

  • Compare data with source documents or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.

  • Store complete documents in appropriate locations.

  • Select materials needed to complete work assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Previous data entry/ CSR experience and Professional phone etiquette and the ability to work independently

  • Proficient in Excel

  • High school diploma or equivalent – Minimum

  • Must be computer literate and previous data entry experience.

  • Available for a regular or part time.
