Our client is seeking a customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating positive customer experiences. This contract-to-hire role offers the potential for long-term career growth.
Pay: $19/Hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: On site Jacksonville, FL
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers via phone, email, chat, SMS, and social media.
  • Assist with product inquiries, online orders, returns, warranties, and general support questions.
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support e-commerce sales.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Meet customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on products, promotions, and process updates.
