EAH serves automotive enthusiast customers who are passionate about how their vehicle looks and performs by providing the parts, content, knowledge, and support to make their vehicle come to life. We also serve a global network of specialty installer shops that solve for customers looking for a "Do it For Me" option. Among other investments, EAH has recently completed a significant facility expansion at its primary distribution center and is in the process of implementing enterprise-level ERP / WMS / OMS systems.

EAH is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to help manage and grow customer communications across Z1 Motorsports, Z1 Off-Road, and TEQSPORT.  This position will be based at Z1 Motorsports in Carrollton, GA.

This position will work closely with our Marketing Team to develop, execute, and optimize automated customer journeys, transactional messaging, and promotional campaigns that drive engagement, customer retention, and revenue growth.

Unlike many brands, we view email as one of our most important customer touchpoints. Our email marketing programs consistently outperform industry benchmarks because we prioritize relevant content, meaningful segmentation, thoughtful testing, and enthusiast-focused communication. We are looking for someone who shares that mindset and is excited to help us continue raising the bar.

The ideal candidate combines strong marketing fundamentals, analytical thinking, and creative execution with a passion for improving customer experiences through data-driven communication.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all automated customer lifecycle campaigns, including welcome series, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post-purchase flows, win-back campaigns, back-in-stock notifications, product review requests, and transactional messaging.
  • Plan, build, schedule, and deploy promotional email campaigns supporting new product launches, sales events, seasonal promotions, content initiatives, and brand awareness efforts.
  • Develop audience segmentation strategies to deliver highly relevant messaging based on vehicle ownership, customer interests, shopping behavior, purchase history, and engagement trends.
  • Execute A/B testing programs focused on improving deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for growth and continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Contribute to email-attributed revenue growth, customer retention, and subscriber engagement through strategic campaign planning and execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, Customer Service, and E-Commerce teams to identify communication opportunities and support business objectives.
  • Create and adapt email content using established brand guidelines, creative assets, and promotional frameworks provided by the Marketing and Creative teams.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, workflow documentation, audience segments, and marketing automation processes.
  • Support SMS marketing and other customer retention initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure all communications adhere to brand standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience working within an Email Service Provider (ESP) and marketing automation platform such as Listrak, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, lifecycle marketing, and automated customer journeys.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Strong copywriting and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging, customerfocused messaging.
  • Working knowledge of email design principles and the ability to assemble and edit campaigns using established brand assets and templates.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar creative tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, e-commerce metrics, and attribution reporting preferred.
  • HTML/CSS email editing experience is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated work ethic, and strong collaborative skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.

Automotive Enthusiast Preferred

  • Automotive industry experience is not required; however, candidates who are active automotive enthusiasts or have familiarity with Nissan, Infiniti, Toyota, Lexus, off-road, performance, racing, or motorsports communities are strongly preferred.
  • Understanding our customers and their passion for their vehicles helps us create more authentic, engaging, and effective communications.

Application Requirements

  • Resume
  • Examples of email campaigns, automated workflows, or marketing programs they have developed or managed.
  • A brief summary highlighting measurable results achieved through email marketing efforts, including engagement, conversion, retention, or revenue improvements when available.
