 What You’ll Do
  • Respond to all internet leads, calls, and digital inquiries quickly and professionally

  • Execute high-volume outbound follow-up (phone, text, email)

  • Set and confirm qualified showroom appointments

  • Provide pricing, product information, and payment options

  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs

  • Maintain accurate CRM activity, notes, and follow-up

  • Work with management to maximize show and close rates

 What We’re Looking For
  • 6 months to 2 years automotive sales or BDC experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)

  • Process-driven with the ability to hit performance targets

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and coachable

  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute without issue

  • Experience with ELEAD CRM, CoVideo, Auto iPacket, AccuTrade/KBB ICO, and Google or Microsoft Office (preferred, not required)

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check (in accordance with applicable laws)

  • Ability to provide three (3) professional references upon request
