Job description

Duties:

  • Pay Bills (Monthly Utility Bills, Vendor Invoices, etc.)
  • Reconcile & Pay Monthly Statements
  • Reconcile Bank Statements and Journal Entries for Merchant Fees and Bank Charges
  • File Warranty Claims and Shortage/Damage Claims with Manager
  • Check in Parts Received and Receipt Parts
  • Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  • Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Perform general administration tasks such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
  • Assist with Parts order entry and processing as needed
  • Type, proofread, and edit documents as needed
  • File and organize documents both physically and electronically
  • Provide support to other team members as needed
  • Work Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm

Experience:

  • At least 4-5 years of experience in Accounting
  • Previous experience as an accounting technician and in administrative role preferred
  • Familiarity with Aspen, Microsoft Office or other accounting software is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efffectively
  • Proficient in typing and data entry
  • Pay is based on experience
  • References are required
