Assistant Property Manager Sanford, NC (On-Site) Full-Time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) About Us Empower Commercial Group is a professional, full-service property management company serving homeowners, investors, and renters across the central North Carolina region. We manage single-family homes, townhouses, condos, and commercial properties with integrity, care, and responsiveness - treating every property like it's our own.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our Sanford office. You will be the daily point of contact for residents, homeowners, and vendors in a fast-paced environment. This role does not require a real estate license - just professionalism, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

Communicate with homeowners, tenants, and vendors via phone, email, and in person Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, lease documentation, and property inspections Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling Support property managers with administrative duties Respond to resident questions and help resolve issues quickly and professionally What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment Prior customer service or administrative experience (real estate/property management experience a plus but not required) What You Get Competitive full-time pay Medical & dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation and sick time Supportive team environment Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Location: Sanford, NC (in-office)
