Job description

Immediate need for an Assistant Property Manager. This is a 05+ Month Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Raleigh, NC(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and submit them for payment
  • Code invoices with the appropriate general ledger (GL) accounts and detailed descriptions
  • Create and maintain service contracts
  • Prepare lease abstracts for management review
  • Process recurring monthly billing forms, tenant charges, and other financial documentation
  • Generate tenant bill-back packages
  • Monitor and maintain utility invoices, ensuring they are received, coded, and processed accurately
  • Coordinate the start and stop of utility services for vacant spaces
  • Collect, track, and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for tenants and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements outlined in leases and management agreements
  • Collect W-9 forms from new vendors and prepare vendor setup requests
  • Maintain property management records and documentation
  • Assist with property management system compliance
  • Communicate with tenants and vendors regarding operational and financial matters
  • Coordinate vendor scheduling after contract approvals
  • Assist with accounts receivable reviews and follow up on outstanding tenant balances
  • Support additional property management and administrative tasks as assigned
