Job description

Our client is building a next-generation enterprise platform that aligns product requirements directly with code, drastically reducing software maintenance costs. Their system enables seamless collaboration across diverse enterprise teams, allowing technical managers and engineers to prototype and update architectures faster using automated, agentic workflows.

They are looking for a hybrid Senior UI/UX Engineer to champion user experience and build out the scalable frontend architecture that brings this platform to life.

About the role:

As a Senior UI/UX Engineer, you will own the user experience of a complex, AI-driven enterprise platform. Your primary goal is to make sophisticated technical workflows highly intuitive and accessible for developers, product managers, and executives alike. This is a hybrid "Design Engineer" role requiring a deep understanding of product design coupled with strong frontend development capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, refine, and optimize complex user flows tailored to diverse enterprise stakeholders.

  • Design rich, intuitive user experiences that surface and resolve high-level "intent conflicts," moving beyond standard code conflict resolution.

  • Conduct user research, lead usability testing, and create robust design system components to ensure the platform is highly functional for both technical and non-technical users.

  • Build, maintain, and expand a production-ready frontend component library, ensuring pixel-perfect translation from Figma prototypes to live enterprise software.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design and frontend implementation for complex enterprise platforms, developer tools, or developer productivity applications.

  • Deep proficiency with modern frontend technologies including React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS, with a strong understanding of how to implement scalable UI architectures.

  • High proficiency with modern design software (e.g., Figma).

  • Experience designing interfaces for AI, agentic systems, or low-code/no-code platforms is a strong plus.

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design intuition alongside live, coded frontend implementations.

  • Proven ability to move fast, take ownership, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. If you would like more information about how your data is processed, please contact us.
