Your Responsibilities on the Team Manage the strategic development and optimization of community webpages on Lennar.com using ‘Optimizely’, ensuring a seamless, high-impact digital buyer journey. Lead the structure and maintenance strategy for JDE community setup and ongoing updates to align marketing priorities and sales goals. Drive and oversee the creation, quality assurance (QA), and performance monitoring of key landing pages (e.g., Community Ads, “Coming Soon” pages), proactively identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and conversion Drive the end-to-end development of community marketing assets, including floorplans, renderings, and site plans, ensuring alignment with brand standards and go-to-market timelines. Strategically manage ‘Modsys’ creation in partnership with Field Marketing to ensure consistent, branded experiences across touchpoints. Manage and oversee ‘BoxBrownie’ virtual staging strategy and enhancement pipeline, ensuring high-quality, impactful visual content for online channels. Manage, maintain and optimize a centralized repository of photo, video, and virtual tour content, identifying content gaps and usage trends to inform future asset needs. Drive the strategy and execution for Zillow location verification and optimization to support SEO, visibility, and buyer accuracy. Manage and conduct quarterly audits and enhancements across third-party listing sites (e.g., RDC), proactively correcting discrepancies and improving user experience. Ensure accurate, brand-aligned representation of communities across all third-party platforms through strategic content governance and partner coordination. Own the digital content lifecycle for community launches, from “Coming Soon” through active status, ensuring alignment with business goals and promotional calendars. Develop and execute promotional messaging strategies across platforms and landing pages to drive awareness and lead generation. Monitor internal digital performance metrics, including Star Ratings and Lennar.com audit scores, translating insights into actionable content improvements. Drive the process for QMI inventory accuracy, performing audits and driving timely updates in collaboration with Sales and Ops teams. Proactively identify and implement digital content enhancements based on analytics, user feedback, and industry best practices. Your Toolbox Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent required/ High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience is required. Proven work experience as a Marketing/Data Coordinator. Computer skills and competencies are required. Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types. Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is required. Knowledge of Optimizely is a plus.
