Job Description

Overview:
Collaborate with UX teammates (UI designers, UX Researchers, Information Architects, Content Writers, Content Managers), IT teams, product/capability strategists, product owners, analytics teams and Digital UX leadership
Participate in ideation, design, evaluation, and detailed specification for existing and future products or experiences including online and mobile applications
Leverage a user-centered design process to design multi-channel experiences (including digital/mobile applications) for customers and associates
Identify user types and understand their unique needs and scenarios for use
Translate user and business requirements into UX artifacts (ex. User flows, page flows, wireframes)
Create low-fidelity prototypes (sketches, wireframes, semi-functional prototypes) that will inform requirements discussions and support usability testing activities
Lead UX team in presenting deliverables to teams and internal stakeholders
Leverage experience design tools/methods to understanding both the full customer journey and detailed touch points that customers have with the brand
Learn how people think about managing their branded credit accounts and the relationship of credit with the brand
Required Skills:
Firm understanding of the user-centered design process and expert proficiency in interaction design tools and methods
Experience with responsive web design and mobile first approach
Balanced understanding of how specialized UX skillsets come together to create excellent user experiences (experience strategy, design research & usability, interaction and visual design, content strategy, front-end UI development)
Knowledge of current trends and UI conventions in the digital space and nuances between the most pervasive devices/platforms (smart devices, phone, tablet, desktop, Android and IOS)
