The Role

Drive the modernization and evolution of lumen.com by serving as the strategic link between Business, Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams. This role combines product ownership, digital platform strategy, and an AI-enabled approach to product management to accelerate delivery, improve decision-making, and maximize business value across customer-facing digital experiences built on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS).

The successful candidate will define priorities, manage product roadmaps and backlogs, translate business objectives into actionable requirements, and leverage AI-powered tools and insights to improve requirements analysis, prioritization, delivery planning, stakeholder alignment, and product outcomes.

The Main Responsibilities
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for lumen.com initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Partner with Business, Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to define product vision, roadmap, features, and user stories.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive product delivery across global teams by facilitating requirement clarification, dependency management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Leverage AI-assisted product management practices to improve requirements analysis, backlog refinement, prioritization, roadmap planning, and decision-making.
  • Support modernization initiatives on AEMaaCS, ensuring scalable, customer-centric digital experiences.
  • Use data, analytics, customer insights, and AI-driven recommendations to identify opportunities, measure outcomes, and optimize product performance.
  • Champion Agile best practices and continuous improvement across product delivery processes.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • 6+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles, with a proven track record delivering digital products, web platforms, or customer-facing experiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across business, product, UX, architecture, and engineering teams.
  • Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and prioritization in Agile delivery environments.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into actionable requirements, technical solutions, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
  • Experience supporting large-scale website modernization initiatives, digital experience platforms, content management systems, and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience with enterprise digital platforms; knowledge of AEM or AEMaaCS is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams and influencing stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, analytics, experimentation, personalization, product discovery capabilities, or AI-enabled product management practices that improve prioritization, planning, decision-making, and business outcomes.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
