The Role
Drive the modernization and scalability of lumen.com by building digital experiences on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). This role combines Full Stack development, cloud-native technologies, and an AI-first approach to software engineering to deliver scalable solutions, accelerate platform innovation, and improve development efficiency.
 
Working closely with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams, the successful candidate will leverage AI-assisted development practices to enhance code quality, automate workflows, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and support scalable digital experiences on AEMaaCS, leveraging modern frontend technologies such as React and Vue.js, APIs, integrations, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-assisted software engineering, integrating AI into development, architecture, testing, code reviews, troubleshooting, documentation, and delivery workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve developer productivity, accelerate delivery, enhance customer experiences, and reduce operational complexity.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, accessible, and high-performing solutions.
  • Contribute to platform modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy applications to modern composable and cloud-based architectures.
  • Drive engineering excellence through code quality, testing automation, observability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement practices.
What We Look For in a Candidate
  • 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
  • 4+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably AEMaaCS.
  • Strong experience with React, Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, APIs, and modern web technologies.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools or a strong passion for AI-first engineering practices.
  • Experience designing scalable applications and working with cloud-native architectures.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, performance, security, and maintainability.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and modern cloud platforms.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise websites and digital experience platforms.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
