Responsibilities

  • Own CPA and revenue-share economics alongside ROAS, including affiliate-style channel reporting.
  • Report performance directly to marketing leadership with a short line to the founders.

Requirements

  • Track record owning UA budget and KPIs across a broad multi-network mix.
  • Mobile app UA on the advertiser side.
  • Mass-volume acquisition under thin margins: rewards and GPT, mobile gaming, social casino, sweeps, fintech, or high-volume consumer apps.
  • Strong MMP fluency.
  • Individual-contributor mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Affiliate and CPA depth.
  • Experience in a restricted or regulated vertical where compliance shapes the channel mix: gambling, crypto, sweeps, or survey and play-to-earn.
  • Sweeps casino, social casino, or rewards platform background.

Location: Remote, US

Compensation: Top percent market rate plus profit share
