Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and maximizing sales revenue for the dealership.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and direct the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded

- Train and coach sales representatives to improve their performance and sales skills
