Role Description

Fitness Brand | High Growth | Franchise Expansion

Key area of focus
  • Elevate and optimize existing systems across operations and staffing
  • Lead and develop team members across locations
  • Strengthen structure, accountability, and communication
  • Ensure a consistent, high-level experience across every studio
  • Execute quickly and thoughtfully as the company grows
Sales, Retention & Community (Core Focus)
  • Drive member retention across all locations
  • Improve systems to grow conversions
  • Coach teams on sales, client connection, and follow-up
  • Build a culture where clients feel valued, supported, and connected
  • Track and improve KPIs tied to growth and retention
Franchise Onboarding & Growth
  • Own the full franchisee onboarding process from signing to opening (~6 months)
  • Guide new owners through each phase with clarity and structure
  • Ensure brand standards, systems, and expectations are executed consistently
  • Serve as key point of contact for franchisees during onboarding
  • Continuously refine and elevate the onboarding experience as we scale
