What You’ll Do

As COO, you’ll lead the bank’s operational strategy and execution—ensuring we deliver a seamless, high-quality experience across all channels.

Operational Leadership

  • Lead key functions including Customer Support, e-Services, loan operations, payments (ACH/wires), and core systems
  • Ensure operational processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals
  • Build strong structure, accountability, and performance across teams

Process Improvement & Transformation

  • Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows across the bank
  • Drive automation and reduce manual processes
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve how work flows end-to-end

Digital & Technology Strategy
