Job description

The Retail Sales Associate delivers world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipment and operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines and point-of-sale devices. The associate advises our valued clients by providing accurate information on our arrow of products, services and best-value options and exhibits excellent customer care! The ideal candidate must be able to lift 45 pounds when needed.

The Ideal Candidate has previous retail experience, continued work history, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a friendly and genuinely helpful attitude, and a professional appearance.

Looking for Full time positions.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • At least 1 year Retail/customer service experience (1-3 years management experience will be considered for manager training program)
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Able to cross-sell and up-sell products and services
  • Excellent packing skills
  • Strong math skills required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Able to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
  • Outstanding phone etiquette
  • Dependable and strong work history
  • Able to lift up to 45 pounds
